Greg Handel PKE MBA
Greg Handel, the founder and CEO of Rock Solid Roofing Inc., has a deep-rooted background in real estate. His father was a successful broker and realtor in both residential and commercial real estate, which instilled in Greg a passion for the industry from a young age.
During his tenure as the CEO of GIC Investments Corp. from 2002 to 2011, Greg honed his expertise in foreclosure acquisition in Alberta. Recognizing the potential for further growth, he transitioned his Joint Venture specialty into syndicating US foreclosures (REO) through a strategic partnership. By returning to the fundamental principles of buying low, Garrison is poised for even greater success compared to GIC’s accomplishments.
Greg’s educational background includes a degree in commerce from the University of Calgary. He has also completed all the courses required for his Microsoft Certifications, including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified
Greg’s early career in Calgary involved management roles before transitioning to a position as Manager of Technology Consulting at Meyers Norris Penny, an accounting firm. He then progressed to a senior broker position with Sigma Explorations Inc., where he played a crucial role during the early years of GIC. Greg’s unwavering dedication and drive have consistently exceeded his expectations in previous roles, and he brings this passion for success, coupled with his genuine interest in people, to the daily operations of Garrison.
Greg’s extensive training in sales and marketing, coupled with his unwavering commitment to people, sets him apart as a leader.
